Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 7%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
- Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
- If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (305)531-7333.
- We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
A local delivery fee starting at $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary)
Local orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in our time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
For Sunday deliveries please contact our store.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers, vases, containers, baskets or any other containers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

In the event that a customer is not satisfied with the flower arrangement, any refunds or replacements will be limited to 24 hours from delivery date. The credit card holder or recipient must contact our store within 24 hors from delivery date to get a replacement flower arrangement or a refund upon us receiving back the original arrangement.
Flowers are perishable items. Therefore we do not guarantee flowers after 24 hours from delivery date.
